Precision Machined Components
CNC Machining is the process by which material is removed from a work piece with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment that cuts away unwanted material.
Machining is possible on virtually any material. Parts are machined directly from unfinished parts or 3D CAD models. CNC machining provides many advantages:
- Can be applied on a wide myriad of material types: Steel, Brass, Copper, Plastics.
- Ability to hold tight tolerances; typical accuracy: +/- 0.005".
- The cost can be cheaper if the machining is done as a final stage to an unfinished product.
Unisteel’s precision machined components are processed with the same level of attention and quality assurance accorded to our other quality products like fasteners, stamped parts and precision plastics components. Mass production volumes at competitive pricings are achievable via our in-house facilities or partners trained to the same level of competence and commitment. |
