Unisteel’s cold forming technology, utilizing our five station heading machines is increasingly leveraged upon in producing complex shapes and form. Even more complex shapes are possible by performing secondary machining operations on cold formed blanks.

In-house fabrication facility is equipped for rolling, tapping and slotting and we can also draw on a wide network of approved sub-contractors for other operations such as turning or counter-boring.Using this route the cost savings and inherent component strength advantages of cold forming can be achieved in even the most complex of components.
