Unisteel Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd manufactures precision fasteners, precision metals and precision plastic components for the electronic and semiconductor industries. Products include precision miniature fasteners, special tapping fasteners, anti-galling fasteners, Uni-Lube® fasteners, Uni-Mag® fasteners and Uni-Alloy® fasteners; precision metal parts such as disk clamps, balance rings and tray clips; and precision plastics such as pre-molded lead frame packages for optical sensors, MEMS sensors, LED product and surface treatment. Total manufacturing floor space is 12,600sqm . Unisteel Technology Malaysia is ISO9001, ISO14001 and QC80000 certified.

Unisteel Fastening Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd manufactures fasteners, inserts and spring for electronic, automotive and industrial industries. Total manufacturing floor space is 10,000sqm and key processes include heading, degreasing, threading, optical sorting, quality testing and inspection. In addition, Unisteel Shanghai houses its surface treatment processes in a separate facility of more than 7,000sqm. These surface treatment processes include heat treatment, zinc plating, EN plating, passivation, electro-polishing and AQ wash. Unisteel Shanghai is ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS 16949 certified.

SPI Precision ( Suzhou) Co., Ltd was incorporated to carry out metal stamping, tooling and assemblies in China . Total manufacturing floor space is 4,200sqm. Manufactured parts are for connectors, antennas, small insert molding, and for industries include electronic, automotive, and industrial . SPI Suzhou is ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO/TS 16949 certified.

Unisteel Precision ( Suzhou) Co., Ltd manufactures plastic optical components for electronic industry, as well as pre-molded packages and MEMS packages for semiconductor customers. Total manufacturing floor space is 7,700sqm. Unisteel Suzhou provides end-to-end solutions for such products, including having a Class 1000 clean room, tooling, molding, AR coating, surface treatment on plastic parts like spray painting, silk printing, pad printing, ultrasonic cleaning assembly, optical product measurement and functional testing. Equipment include CNC, EDM, wire cut, grinding, milling, drilling, diamond lathing machines, horizontal and vertical molding machines, PVD coaters, automatic and manual spray painting lines, pad printing and silk printing machine, and ultrasonic cleaning machine for surface treatment. Unisteel Suzhou is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified.

Unisteel Precision (M) Sdn. Bhd in Penang manufactures pre-molded packages and MEMS packages for semiconductor customers. Such packages include PDIP, SOIC, SSOP, QFN, and QFP. Total manufacturing floor space is 1,040sqm. Unisteel Precision Malaysia is ISO9001 certified.

Sonic Clean Singapore and Wuxi provide surface treatment services like aqueous cleaning, consumables cleaning and sub-assembly work in a clean-room environment. Customers include hard disk drive manufacturers and medical product manufacturers for cleaning of elastomer, plastic or metal components. Total manufacturing floor space in Singapore is 2,000sqm and in Wuxi is 1,600sqm. Sonic Clean Singapore and Wuxi are ISO9001 certified.
