R & D Engineer

Responsibilities: Requirements:
- Conduct product tear down which related to Mechanical components and summarize specific application and potential improvement
- Perform reliability testing which includes failure and destructive, translate test result into information’s.
- Collect and analyze raw and meta-data; conduct variance analysis (actual vs targeted performance) for new product development.
- Create performance reports, analysis and potential solutions on for existing and new products.
- Identify, prioritize, build business case, and enhance new solution and technology.
- Interact with Application, Program and Sales team on product introduction, application solution and technical back up.
- Effective Interaction with internal and external team is highly required.
- Perform pre emptive product design analysis and solution in CAD before being prototype
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Must be able to use Design Software ,(ACAD,CATIA,PRO-E,Solid Edge) and able to simulate product into 3D.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in industry, preferably in a relevant precision engineering which include of Mechanical components.
- Extensive proficiency creating written and pictorial documentation of Engineering analysis and provide optimum recommendations.
- Ability to communicate with all level and communicating well-crafted presentation with enthusiasm, inspiration and clarity. Read, interpret and comprehend complex written technical documents/publications.
- Work independently from concept, design, prototype, product testing and application. Work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success.

Process/ Manufacturing Engineer

- Conduct operations training and coaching of supervisors and operators
- Collect and analyse raw and meta-data; conduct variance analysis (actuals v's targets) on process performance
- Create performance reports and work area visual displays of performance metrics
- Conduct trouble shooting of problems and lead problem solving process
- Identify, prioritize, build business case, and implement process enhancements
- Perform time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process efficiency and performance gains
- Build operator and supervisor problem solving capability
- Be on the shop floor majority of the time to monitor and perform real time problem solving and issue resolution
- Provide constructive fact base feedback to team
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with good leadership, data-driven & technical knowledge.

Planning Executive

Responsibilities: Requirements:
- Responsible for planning materials supply for production and to interface with vendors to ensure sufficient materials supply.
- Receive end-customers’ orders, interpret orders and generate level manufacturing schedules ( MPS).
- Co-ordinate Engineering changes and support new program launches.
- Ensure suppliers’ compliance to meet customer demand.
- Monitor changes in the forecast plan and highlight potential obsolescence, materials exposures and shortage/excess for necessary inventory connection.
- Cost reduction activities with suppliers and sensitive to cost & performance targets.
- Monitor inventory holding cost to meet departmental goals.
- Updating critical material shortages to MP/MC per shortages report.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

- Supervise and lead a team of Production Operators and Productions Technicians in daily production operations to meet productions metrics in terms of Output, Quality, Safety and Cost.
- Effectively manage the resources to achieve desired targets on productivity, quality, housekeeping and HSE.
- Plan and implement continuous improvement programs.
- Managing process and material flows, space management, and working with the Engineering group to maximize utilization of space designated for specific operations area.
